Exchange & Refund

For exchange or refund, you can exchange or refund when the courier is waiting for you to try on the product or on the same day.
The courier will get back to you within 1-2 days with the item you want to exchange with. You will have to pay shipping fees for exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Furthermore, your item must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we received your refunded item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your credit card or the original method of payment. You will receive the money within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping takes 3-5 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
